Showcasing An Experience

The annual Member Harvest Kickoff Celebration & Croquet Soiree at Revelry Vintners is all about the experience. Guests enjoy remarkable wine, tasty appetizers, pleasant company, and friendly games of Croquet with other members on the stunning property.

Video is the ideal medium to convey the atmosphere of an event and to promote future gatherings. I used slow-motion, close-ups, and a color palette emulating the richness of classic film stocks to portray the spirit of this celebration. My choice of music amplified the mood and gave the video structure and pacing. Because this project was intended to reach the winery’s audience on social media, I shot in portrait (vertical) orientation to optimize the footage for that medium.
